With the Pulmonary Center of Excellence, you get a team of experts who specialize in your condition. They help patients with asthma, cystic fibrosis, idiopathic fibrosis, pulmonary arterial hypertension and other lung conditions.
A team of nurses and pharmacists
You may be getting used to new medications and other changes in your life. Our nurses can help you adjust and understand what to do. Lean on them when you have questions about your treatment goals and symptoms.
We know living with pulmonary disease can affect your emotional well-being. That’s why a nurse will regularly check on your mental health. They can introduce you to support groups, counseling and other resources.
Our licensed pharmacists also go above and beyond to support you. Here are some of the things they do:

- Help manage side effects that bother you
- Answer questions about your medications
A dedicated coordinator for all your care
There can be a lot to remember about your treatment and medications. Let us worry about the details. The Pulmonary Center of Excellence gives you a patient care coordinator to manage everything. A big part of what they do is communicate with your providers and make sure you get your refills on time.

Do you qualify for financial assistance? We can find out. Our financial specialists may be able to help you save on your medications. They know about assistance programs offered by charities and drug manufacturers. Our specialists can explain your options and walk you through the application process.
