How CarePlus members can order OTC Products

CarePlus Health Plan members eligible for the over-the-counter (OTC) benefit allowance can order their OTC products at CenterWell Pharmacy®, along with their prescriptions and diabetic supplies.

First, activate your CarePlus account

If you haven’t done so already, you’ll have to activate your CarePlus account. You can do this by navigating away from CenterWell Pharmacy to the CarePlus website.

There, you will complete a 4-step registration flow to set up your account. You’ll only have to do this once.

After registering on the CarePlus website, you’ll receive confirmation that your account is active. Return here and use the same username and password to sign in to your CenterWell Pharmacy account.

And that’s it! After completing this one-time account activation, you can order products through the OTC store or OTC catalog.

Order through the OTC store

The quickest and easiest way to shop for OTC products is through the OTC store.

There, you can shop by category, such as pain relief supplies, personal care products, cold and flu meds, vitamins and supplements, digestive health or allergy meds.

You can even combine your OTC order with another action, such as filling a new prescription, for convenience.

Download the order form and catalog in English or Spanish.

Or, contact CarePlus Member Services at 800-794-5907 (TTY: 711) to request your order form and catalog by mail. Help is available 7 days a week: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Eastern time from Oct. 1 – March 31. From April 1 – Sept. 30, we are open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Eastern time.

Outside of business hours, including Saturday, Sundays and holidays, you can leave a voicemail and a representative will return your call within 1 business day.

Follow 3 simple steps to get your product

1. Select your products from the catalog.

2. Fill out your order form. To help us process your order faster, please make sure your order cost isn’t higher than your current OTC allowance. If you want to order more items than your current allowance can cover, please provide your credit card information.

3. Place your order. There are 3 ways to order your OTC products:

• Call CenterWell Pharmacy at 800-526-1490 (TTY: 711) to request your order form and catalog by mail. Help is available Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 11 p.m., and Saturday, from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Eastern time.
• Fax only the completed order form to 888-778-8384.
• Mail only your completed order form to CenterWell Pharmacy:
